No.8 Butchery is owned by Trent and Daniela Lillis who have been serving high quality meats in Gisborne since 2019. Based No.8 Lowe Street, we offer free-range, sustainably farmed and freshly butchered meats on the daily. Our aim is to provide the freshest cuts direct to our customers, with the option of having your meat delivered to either your home or work.
